Lowell, Massachusetts, U.S. - A National Guard Recruitment Center was vandalized and robbed sometime Monday night or early Tuesday morning. One of the office's windows had a brick thrown through it and a laptop computer was discovered missing. The laptop contained the personal information of potential recruits. National Guard Major Winfield Danielson said that there were not very many potential recruits whose information the center had on the stolen computer.
