Harborcreek, Pennsylvania, US - The Earth Liberation Front (ELF) is suspected to be responsible for vandalizing the Sgt. Donald S. Oaks Memorial Bridge. Someone reportedly ripped out wires that control sensors on the roadway which release salt brine, and spray painted the letters "ELF" on the underside of the bridge. ELF claimed responsibility for torching one of the cranes that built the bridge in 2002. State Police and the FBI are investigating the incident.
