Groton, Connecticut, US - A giant sign on Interstate 95 that proclaims Groton as "The Submarine Capital Of The World" was defaced with yellow paint and anti-war messages. Police are testing the paint to determine the exact brand of paint that was used in hopes of tracking down whoever is responsible.
