Dili, Timor-Leste - Rebels and gangs of youth from the ages of 9-16 stormed through the city, looting houses in the rich neighborhood, fighting gun battles with cops and shooting at the prime minister's house, on the eve of an Australian "peacekeeping operation" which is actually a ploy to control oil reserves they've been disputing with the Timorese government.
