Cali, Colombia - Protests calling for the ouster of President Alvaro Uribe and an end to "free trade agreement" talks between his government and the United States broke out into riots as demonstrators overturned and burned cars. Police attempted to disperse the rioters and were met with rocks and other projectiles. Uribe has been campaigning for re-election in the lead up to May 28th Presidential contest.
