Nepal - Scores of people danced in the streets in celebration of King Gyanendra's televised announcement that he would return government power back to the parliament which he dismissed, and in some cases jailed, a year ago February. The royal regime was toppled by massive protests and a general strike that shut down most commerce throughout the country on April 6th.
