Toluca, Mexico - A previously unknown group, the Barbarous Mexico Revolutionary Workers' Commando, detonated a small bomb in a bank owned by Spain's Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria near Mexico City. Anti-U.S. and anti-poverty fliers where found near the scene. In recent years, small explosive devices have gone off in Mexico-based banks owned by foreign firms but have not injured anyone.
