Whatcom County, Washington - Investigators believe that the fires which consumed two partially built homes recently in Whatcom County were set deliberately as a protest against sprawl and the destruction of the environment. As recently as April similar fires were set by members of the Earth Liberation Front in Sammamish, Washington.
