Washington D.C. - The federal government has been keeping a lot more secrets as of late. A record 125 documents on average are classified per minute which totals to 15.6 million per year. The number of classified documents in 2001 was only about half that. Conversely the number of documents declassified per yer has fallen from 204 million pages in 1997 to a mere to 28 million pages last year.
