Madison, Wisconsin - Accused Animal Liberation Front member Peter Young has been moved to a more secure cell in the Dane County Jail from a medium security dormitory after he was mailed what authorities believe may have been an escape plan. Peter is accused of freeing more than 7,000 mink from their cages at five fur farms in Iowa, South Dakota and Wisconsin in 1997. He was apprehended in March with a handcuff key in his possession.
