Bil'in, Palestine - A Palestinian teenager was shot dead while protesting the construction of the Isreali built separation wall. He was shot by a security guard for allegedly throwing stones. The protest was meant to mark the one-year anniversary of the International Court of Justice's ruling the wall is illegal.
