New York, New York - Less than a week after police discovered a so-called "skirt cam" under a subway grate on an Upper East Side sidewalk, the NYPD has decided it needs 400 new surveillance cameras of its own. Not surprisingly they claim that the cameras are necessary to help combat terrorism and fight crime.
